Beautifully characteristic of all we love about Chenin Blanc and has a nice salty minerality. Notes of pear, quince, and apple bring a liveliness and a nice balance between freshness, fruit, and tension. The wine is dry, with a generous and broad palate that nicely counters the piercing acidity of the Chenin.
