This might've been our favorite Pet-Nat last year and this year it's even better! Emily and Jody Brix-Towe decided to disgorge this vintage, so there won't be anywhere near as much sediment as last time, but it's still unfiltered with no sulfur added. Organic RIesling hand harvested from the Kick-On Ranch in Santa Barbara. Bright and crisp with spicy citrus and nice ripe orchard fruit with a lipsmacking finish.
