Conciliabulle Pet Nat, Es D'Aqui 2020 (Languedoc, France)

*Nerd Alert* This is a pet nat made from Grenache and Colombard from organic vineyards in Adissan, co-fermented whole cluster and bottled before it was finished with nothing added. This is a fizzy dark rose/light red situation with fresh crushed tart cherry and raspberry, citrus notes, some tannin and some barnyard funk. Delicious, but definitely for the more adventurous. Make sure the bottle is really cold before opening.
