This is a light orange made from 50/50 Malvasia del Lazio and Trebbiano Giallo from organic plots in northeastern Lazio. The grapes are wild fermented on the skins for 2 days and aged in fiberglass tanks, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Medium bodied with ripe, hazy orchard fruit, apple skin and wild flowers. Soft tannins and more fruit forward than savory, but there's a nice herbal streak as it opens up.
