Cors Calvi Rouge, Clos Culombu 2018 (Corsica, France)

40% Nielluccio, 30% Sciaccarellu, 30% Syrah from younger organic vines on the northern coast of Corsica, all hand harvested and wild fermented, then aged on the lees in steel before getting bottled unfined (vegan) and lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Medium bodied with spicy red berry fruit and a zippy mineral finish.
