66% Macabeu, 17% Grenache Gris, and 17% Grenache Blanc from organic vineyards just north of the Spanish border overlooking the Mediterranean, in Calce. All hand harvested and destemmed, then wild fermented and aged in concrete before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Medium bodied with crushed pears and citrus zest.
