Cremant d'Alsace "Cui Cui", Michel Nartz NV (Alsace, France)

A classic blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling made in the Champagne method and aged on the lees for a year and disgorged with 5-6 grams of dosage. Aromatic, bright and fresh with firm bubbles and a long finish.
