60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Macabeu and 10% Carignan Blanc from organic 15-40 year old vines. Direct pressed to steel, then aged in a combination of steel and barrel and bottled with almost no sulfur added. Medium bodied with hazy tropical notes and some VA wildness, so not for everyone, but really beautiful if you're a fan of funkier whites.
