This is an unconventional blend of direct press Chenin from Limoux, direct press Cinsault from Faugeres and macerated Ugni blanc that spent 15 days whole cluster before pressing. Medium bodied and textured with hazy roasted apple notes with savory wild herbs and a zippy finish with a little grip. Ride the wave. Get it while you can!
