Danse Encore 2019 $27 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Macabeu and 10% Carignan Blanc from organic 15-40 year old vines. Direct pressed to steel, then aged in a combination of steel and barrel and bottled with almost no sulfur added. Medium bodied with hazy tropical notes and some VA wildness, so not for everyone, but really beautiful if you're a fan of funkier whites.
C'est pas le Mer a Boire 2018 $29 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Carignan from 40-100+ year old vines in scattered plots, made all in concrete with nothing added whatsoever. C'est Pas La Mer à Boire literally translates to "It's Not The Ocean to Drink". The term implies that a task or favor isn't asking too much of the other person. In this case it becomes a double entendre in the sense that the wine is Loïc's most structured but still pleasant and goes down easy. Dark fruited, but light on its feet with wild blackberries and wet earth.
