El Pages Content Orange, La Salada 2022 (Catalunya, Spain)

A traditional Catalan blend of 85% Macabeu, 10% Xarel-lo and 5% red Sumoll. Whole cluster fermentation with two weeks spent on the skins. Unfined, unfiltered and with zero SO2 added. The hazy golden hue gives way to flavors of citrus rind, candied apricot and peach fuzz, and the tannins are perceptible but suave.
