Made from 100% Trepat, an autochthonous grape of Conca de Barberà in northeast Spain often used for rosé and rosé Cava. This wine is a lipid fuchsia color with purple glints. Its perfume of peppery berries, pink peppercorn, juniper, and fresh strawberry leads to a supple, juicy body that’s all about sweetness and light. Fruity but not silly, with a great cracked pepper finish.
