This is a Pet-Nat made from 100% Ciliegiolo that spends 3 days on the skins in stainless steel, then once the wine is fermented dry, Leo adds frozen must from the same vintage to start the secondary fermentation and bottles before that's finished, again with no sulfur or anything else added. Smokey raspberry and tart cherry notes with soft tannins and easy bubbles. Open this while you wait for your pizza to be delivered.
