You F#$% My Wine?! 2020 $21 Made from Jurancon Noir (and sometimes a splash of Malbec and/or Cab Franc), a native red grape that the Cahors appellation decided to stop recognizing and told people to rip up (hence the name). This comes from 50+ year old vines, wild fermented in concrete and old barrel, then aged in concrete until it gets bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Racy red cranberry and pomegranate fruit with silky tannins and a clean bright finish. Works great with a little chill and something spicy. 

Tu Vin Plus A Soirees.. 2019 $19 Mostly Malbec with a little Cab Franc fermented whole cluster, again in concrete and barrel, where it also ages for 6 months, then bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Juicy and easy like the Jurancon above, but fleshier with darker fruit. Also really nice with a little chill.

Haute Cot(E) de Fruit 2020 $16 Our old stand-by Malbec aka Cot from biodynamic vines in Cahors made similarly to the other two above- concrete and barrel, unfiltered and low sulfur. Plush purple and dark red fruit with a velvety finish, but more medium bodied and fresh than South American Malbec bruisers you might associate with the grape.
