100% Gamay from 30+ year old organic vines planted on sandy soils with really tiny yields, aged in 3 to 5 year old barrels. Sooo pretty! Floral and bright, but not a push over. Beautifully balanced. All natural and made by Romain Zordan who studied with Ganevat and provides the Gamay for his Jura/Bojo blends.. .. if you are a nerd like us, you just got very excited reading that.
