An interesting blend of two grapes, Duras and Syrah, grown on opposite sides of the Tarn, by a 6thgeneration wine family, the Hirissou. Wine is made from the grapes separately, and then blended beautifully, to form this medium bodied wine, with flavors of dark berries and floral nose. Throw Herbs de Provence on what you’re cooking, and Bingo, a match.
