Garnacha, El Casetero 2018 (Campo de Borja, Spain)

Dry-farmed Garnacha fermented with indigenous yeasts. Shows the ripe, plummy, and spicy side of the grape--surprisingly juicy and fresh. Intense red fruit and flowers on the nose. Medium-bodied but easier to drink than is typical for the grape. Ideal BBQ wine.
