The grapes are destemmed, pressed, and fermented in stainless steel vats with native yeast only at controlled temperature. The wine is clarified by gravity in concrete vats where the malolactic fermentations occurs naturally. Then the wine is racked and moved into French oak barriques spending 3 months before being bottled. Unfined/Unfiltered.
