Organic Ribolla, Friulano, and Malvazija Istarska, each with 6-12 months of skin contact. Technically an orange wine but a little pink in the glass. Pretty nose of white flower, minerals, fresh apricot, yellow peach, and chalk. Palate is loaded with fresh fruit, a tangerine peel-acidity, and gentle tannins. A fresher style of orange wine--drinks more like a complex rosé.
