Paulliac 5eme, Chateau Croizet Bages 2005 (Bordeaux, France)

Classic Left Bank Bordeaux from a show stopper vintage. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with some Merlot and a little Petit Verdot. Farmed organically and made with native yeast.
