Cru Gruner from old vines in the Ried Stein vineyard in Kamptal, hand harvested and wild fermented in small tank, then aged on the lees in huge old barrel for a year. Fresh and bright, but not the summer water pop top Gruner we are all so used to. This is textured and round with smokey minerality to go with the savory cucumber and lime notes. Really great.
