A wonderful blend of mostly Carignan - the grape variety the Bories family first planted on their sprawling estate in Corbières back in 1896 - with Grenache and Syrah to make this powerhouse wine that’s packed ripe cherry fruit, garrigue herbs but lifted by a mercifully bright streak of acidity. A truly crowd pleasing, modern classic.
