Bourgogne Chardonnay 2016 $35 This comes from 2 plots of 25+ year old vines, 1 plot is a small declassified parcel of Mersault and the other is just outside of Mersault, vinified and aged in 60% stainless steel and 40% used barrel, then bottled unfined and lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Ripe pear and yellow flowers with chisled minerality. 200 cases made.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir "Les Constances" 2017 $35 This comes from 2 tiny plots in Volnay with 35-45 year old vines. Fermented whole cluster in open topped concrete, then pressed off and aged in concrete for 9 months, then again bottled unfined, but lightly filtered with minimal sulfur. Having no wood involved really shows off the quality of this fruit with vibrant crunchy red berries and pine needles. Just over 400 cases made.
