This Rosé wine is made with Syrah and Viognier grapes sourced from their neighbours at Domaine la Mazel, and similar to the Pet Nat "Forever and Ever Child" this wine has a big energy and notes of cherry bon bons wth integrated volatile touches, as well as a little bit of tannin that works great, making it more complex.
