Ta Da! 2021 $28 This is a blend of Grignolino, Pinot Noir and two ancient native grapes from this area that Fabrizio is helping to revive- a red grape called Slarina and a white called Baratuciat, which roughly translates to 'Cat's Ball's' because of how the bunches look on the vine. This is on the lighter side of medium with racy red fruit and spice, perfect with a chill next to anything grilled.
