Organic Pinot Gris from Santa Maria Valley, destemmed and fermented on the skins for 12 days, then transferred to used barrel for 4 and a half months then bottled unfiltered with just a little sulfur. This isn't your mom's Pinot Grigio. Technically an Orange wine, but the pigment in the Pinot Gris skins gives it this rosy color. Medium bodied, round and textured with juicy ruby grapefruit and crushed dried flowers. So pretty in every way.
