100% Tocai Friulano Jakot from Terpin has a fascinating amber color; on the nose it attracts with hints of ripe apricot and medlar, chestnut honey, curry, saffron and sweet paprika, all vertically slender by a white and rocky minerality. The mouth has material, freshness, flavor, dried fruit and balsams that accompany it for a long time. Spontaneous fermentation take place in steel, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. Refinement lasts 18 months in large wood, then years in the bottle again, without preliminary filtrations.
