This non-vintage Riesling blend comes from a variety of vineyards on Seneca Lake. The name of this wine is a reference to a mysterious Bob Dylan lyric. A blend of several vintages that spent varying amounts of time on gross lees in mostly stainless steel tanks, this is a light and refreshing dry white. It features soaring acidity, yet is fruit-forward and has a savory quality.
