Kisi Pet Nat, Anapea Villages 2023 (Kakheti, Georgia)

This sparkler is so delicious – crisp orchard fruit and dried floral notes typical of Kisi with a very fine bubble. To get technical, Kisi was harvested early to maintain freshness. The wine was fermented on the skins for 10 days in Qvevri. The maceration was gentle with the intent to add color, flavor and a kiss of tannin.
