Mostly Syrah, a little tempranillo. This is a rosé similar in style to those plump delights from Tavel though distinctly its own - with a bit of bite and crunch, the typical woodsy/cedar-like aromatics balanced with pepper and bramble before a pillowy palate laden with blackberry and plum.
