A great Sauvignon Blanc, prominent lime zest, gooseberry and honey dew notes, but it’s also got weight. The grapes are from an old vineyard plot, dubbed "Le Chêne Marchand." It faces south where the grapes ripen effortlessly to produce a wine that’s bolder and richer. Another source for the body in this wine is the use of large neutral oak barrels during the aging process.
