100% Cinsault. A fresh wine with jammy notes of raspberry, red currant, and tart cherry with floral under tones of violet and black tea. Medium-light body, low tannins, medium acidity which compliments the bold fruit. Myrko works meticulously on his vines, without any chemical input in order to respect the livestock on his hillsides. The grapes are harvested from vieilles vignes, French for old vines. This means the vines are deep rooted and create a limited amount of grapes each season but grapes concentrated in flavor.
