100% Grenache. Notes of raspberry and wild berries with some hints of grapefruit. After a few minutes, the wine will display some clementine and white peach aromas. The wine is truly alive. The wine is mouth-filling silky and dry (there is no residual sugar) but the fruitiness in the palate tends to make you think differently – the acidity is moderate, and the final goes onto fig jam hints with a tiny touch of saltiness (like an ocean breeze).
