Bruno likes to tinker and make one-off bottlings and this is a perfect example. It's a blend of Vermentino from a tiny parcel that he farms, blended with Xarel-lo and Chardonnay from a friend in Penedes, just across the border in Spain. Extended skin contact on all 3 then pressed off to used burgundy barrels. Exotic and textured with spiced pears and wild herbs.
