From the mountains west of Madrid, this is 85% Tempranillo and 15% Malvar, a local native white grape, both from old organic high altitude vineyards, fermented with native yeast, then aged in old barrels. Full bodied with dark plum and cherry fruit with earthy leather and chocolate notes and a lively finish.
