100% Grasparossa from 18 year old vines grown in 4 hectares of clay soils in Castelnuovo Rangone Modena, the grapes are hand-harvested in October, macerated for 5 days in steel tanks and fermented with ambient yeasts for one month under temperature-control utilizing the Charmat Method. The wine spends 2 months on leesbefore bottling. Beautifully balance dry Lambrusco with brambly purple fruit and wild herbs. Pizza wine.
