Mostly Gamay with a little Grolleau from organic vineyards planted on flinty soils in Touraine, aged in large old barrel and bottled with almost no SO2. Pierre-Olivier was Thierry and Jean-Marie Puzelat's apprentice and has access to some really incredible vineyards, all worked naturally. Juicy and bright with red berry fruit and black pepper. Serve this slightly chilled.
