5 day infusion of whole bunch Grenache Noir in direct press Ugni Blanc. Racked onto the lees of Gewurztraminer towards the end of ferment. Elevage in stainless steel. Crazy blush pink colour in the glass. Aromatic with lots of freshness. Almost Pinot esque on the palate with brambly red fruits and a spiced, herbaceous edge.
