R20 $25 This is Olivier's red blend that changes a little every year. This vintage is 50% Cab Franc, 40% Grolleau and 10% Cot from 40ish year old vines co-fermented whole cluster, semi carbonic in fiberglass tanks and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. On the lighter side of medium bodied with candied plum fruit and just a touch of earthy truffle funk and a mouthwatering finish that keeps you coming back for more. Perfect with a little chill, but no too cold.
Sois Mignon $30 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a single organic plot of 70+ year old vines. Hand harvested and pressed whole cluster, then wild fermented and aged in large old barrel before getting bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Fleshy and ripe, but not heavy with notes of juicy nectarine, apple skin and wild herbs with a zippy mineral finish.
