This is 60% Gamay à Petits Grains, 25% Pinot Noir and 15% Muscat Chardonnay (aromatic Chardonnay) all biodynamically cultivated in higher elevation parcels across the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Spontaneous, whole-bunch, carbonic maceration/fermentation takes place prior to pressing and élevage in neutral barrel sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12 % ABV
