Light White, Vigne del Pellagroso 2019 (Lombardy, Italy)

This is a field blend of Garganega, Riesling and Moscato all co-fermented with wild yeast and left on the skins for 3 days, then aged on the lees in concrete for 5 months before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. At just under 11%, this lives up to its name with just a touch of skin contact and beautiful aromatics with tropical notes and crushed rocks and lean, dry finish.
