80% Macabeo and 20% Vinyater, a rare local grape, both from old organic vineyards in Tarragona, just south of Barcelona. Fermented on the skins and aged in steel on the lees for 5 months, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Medium bodied and textured, but bright and easy with stone fruit and crushed rocks.
