80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. More of a wine than a Champagne - there's even less pressure - 5 bar using natural yeast. Big and briochy - Max is not looking for Meunier's exotic fruit flavours but something more complex and pure - a sort of autumnal palette of dried fruit and nuts, polished and patinated. The exceptional balance draws you back for more.
