100% Callet from a single organic vineyard planted in 1961, hand harvested, foot stomped and fermented with native yeast, then aged in a combination of clay amphora and steel for 5 months before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Wild dark berry fruit and black olives with a juicy lipsmacking finish. Nice with a little chill. Really unique.
