This is from a single vineyard of Manzoni Bianco, which is a cross of Riesling and Pinot Bianco found almost exclusively here, in the hills around Trento. The grapes are all de-stemmed, then ferment on the skins for 3 days before aging in a mix of large Acacia barrels, cement and Amphora, on the lees for 8 months. Elegant and luxurious with ripe orchard fruit, yellow flowers and a clean mineral finish.
