Fer Servadou, aka Mansois, from organic vineyards on the steep, iron-rich slopes of the Aveyron in south-west France. Drinks like a wild southern cousin of Beaujolais with crushed flowers, purple berry fruit and dark iron minerality on a silky medium bodied frame. Duck and french fries please.
