Marie-Claude Poudou has been running her family estate in Minervois since the early 80s. Everything is certified organic and hand harvested. This is 100%Marselan, a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, made all in concrete. Full bodied and dense, with black cherries, earth and a long, savory finish. Pass the Cassoulet.
