This is organic Merlot from just outside of Saint Chinian fermented with native yeast and aged in huge old wooden tanks before getting bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur added. Round and plush with peppery red fruit and another one to serve slighty chilled, while listening to Charles Aznavour, whose song this wine is named for.
