Giorgi forages for wild grapes growing in the forest of Meskheti, in southern Georgia, near the border of Turkey. This is a blend of 4 ancient white varietals aged on the skins in Qvevri for 6 months and bottled unfiltered with nothing added. Full bodied with spiced stone fruit, apple skin and wild flowers with firm but approachable tannins. Delicious and unique.
