Natural. Gorgeous blend of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Croatina from Piedmont. Smells like a feminine Barolo; violets, berries, very delicate at first. However, its a sneakily very structured wine, and very long. The profile builds into a long finish with great acidity. Beautiful and classy wine that will compliment any Northern Italian meal. try with rabbit if you're adventurous, or any number of pastas with herbs or mushrooms.
